We have 2 halls for hire, one larger for bigger parties, and one smaller for more intimate events. Examples include Parties, Wedding Receptions, Jumble Sales, Meetings, etc. During week days our halls are in use up to 11pm by our regular clubs and sections.

There is a fully licensed Bar/Lounge facilitiy available for hire. Examples include Meetings, Wakes, etc. The bar may also be hired in conjuction with main/small hall bookings.
Bar hours
Monday - Thursday 7pm-10.30pm
Friday & Saturday - 7pm-11pm (if an important Football match is to be televised on TNT or Sky sport the bar will open 5pm on Saturday)
Sunday - 12 noon - 4pm
We are delighted for any residents who want to hire our premises to celebrate any event - we do however have rules that must be followed.
1 - do not block the entrance road way
2 - do not block the entrance to the property opposit
3 - do not park in the staff parking bays to the front of the property
4 - return the room you have hired to the room plan as displayed in each of the halls (or the image above)
5 - all chairs & tables must be stacked correctly to 6 high and placed around the edges of the room in single file.
6 - all rubbish must be removed from the kitchen - into the correct bin or if bins are full taken away from the site
7 - ALL drinks (alcoholic or soft drinks) MUST be supplied by HCA Social Club Ltd
When you hire the hall it is hired for the time that you need it - this includes set up and clear up.
Should any staff have to spend time clearing up after any hire then additional charges will be applied
We have a policy of zero tolerance for any abuse aimed at any of our staff as a result of the hirer being unhappy with additional charges.
